1、無(wú)進(jìn)展生存期（Progression-Free Survival）

PFS是指為從隨機化至出現腫瘤客觀(guān)進(jìn)展或全因死亡的時(shí)間，是OS的替代終點(diǎn)。與OS相比，PFS的終點(diǎn)前移至“發(fā)生進(jìn)展”，這個(gè)時(shí)間節點(diǎn)往往早于死亡，因此PFS常常短于OS，隨訪(fǎng)時(shí)間更短，可以間接反映患者的臨床獲益。

2、總生存期（Overall Survival，OS）

OS是指從隨機化到任何因素導致患者死亡的時(shí)間。OS的判定精確可靠，不易偏倚，被認為是最佳的療效終點(diǎn)。因為患者的死亡日期在確認上基本沒(méi)有困難，并且如果結果顯示生存有所提高，就可以認為該抗腫瘤藥有直接的臨床獲益。但是OS常需較大樣本量和更長(cháng)的隨訪(fǎng)時(shí)間，易受到交叉和后續治療影響。

值得一提的是，只有OS是基于患者死亡事件描述的臨床終點(diǎn)，其余的指標均是基于腫瘤測量的終點(diǎn)。
